holiday 2004 series: edward/winry

During the exam crunch last week, I came up with this crazy frickin' idea of an FMA holiday series. (Yeah, I don't know either.) The thing is, I wanted to stray from what I usually draw. So I settled on a het pairing only sort of holiday series, which works out fine since I rarely draw stuff outside of Roy/Ed and the occasional Al/Winry anyway. Practice is good, yeah? XD So that's the long exposition.

Admittedly, I don't care for Ed/Winry. It's a personal thing, just like how Roy/Ed isn't other people's cup of tea. That said, I'm rather proud of how Winry turned out. <3 Both of 'em are a bit older here - a running trend in almost ALL of my pictures, I should note. I suppose I drew this one mostly to prove to myself that I can, as a matter of fact, draw pairings I don't personally like. Victoly! (of sorts?)
